In the last 18 months I've made 22 trips to four colleges in four states as an instructional coach for Project DEgree and designed 35 2-hr. training modules for Oregon Child Development Coalition's preservice training for new employees. I've done lots of hunting about for both projects and thought I'd share my four favorite resources of 2011, all of which I've used on one or the other (and sometimes both) of my projects this year. All are turn-key ready and three of the four are based in research. If you are an instructional designer, trainer or teacher of adults, you are bound to find something here you can use. Enjoy!
